DELIVERY NOTICE 

All items are tracked. All your tracking information would be emailed to you once your order is fulfilled.

When will my order be delivered?

Ilwaad Shop takes normally 2-7 working days to prepare your ''IN STOCK'' order for shipping. If it’s time sensitive always message us via WhatsApp [TEL: +44 7543 385660] with your order number to avoid any delays. Also we advise to send an email to info@ilwaadshop.com with your request.

If you add tailoring service to your order. Please note it takes 2 days up to maximum 21 days extra to ship your order.

If you have a last minute order please message us for urgent tailoring service.

PLEASE NOTE: Custom orders and Pre-orders have different time frame depending of the design of dirac, shipping country and tailoring service. If you want a custom bridal Dirac only WhatsApp us +44 7543 385660

ADVICE: Don’t add tailoring to your order if your wedding is less than three weeks away if you live outside the UK unless its confirmed via whatsapp otherwise. We advise for you to order at least 1 and half months before your wedding due to shipment (and tailoring service).

In rare cases, duties and taxes are charged by Customs in the destination country and the receiver is responsible for paying them.

The order(s) will be dispatched between Monday to Friday, excluding local and national holidays. Delivery times are estimates and commence from date of shipping. We shall not be responsible for unpredictable delays.

Ilwaad Shop are not liable in any way shape or form, for your order once it has been shipped.

We advise you to please check with your local Postal/Sorting Office if you have not received your order after 14 days (UK), 20 days (Europe) and 25 days (Rest of the World).

RETURNS:

Ilwaad Shop only accept returns and exchanges provided it is within 3 days of receipt of your bridal dirac and that it is in perfect condition and not tailored/sewn. 

No refunds or exchanges available for customized bridal diracs / dresses (tailored or untailored), any tailored item, all pre-orders for any item, accessories due hygienic reasons, nikkah dresses, special occasion wear, shaash and hido iyo dhaqan fabrics & dresses.

 

Please read our return policy for returning your order with authorisation.

The bridal dirac / shaash / hido iyo dhaqan material must be returned unworn, not tailored and as sold with all tags intact i.e. the same condition in which we sent it in – unworn and unwashed. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition (e.g. with makeup stains, perfume etc) we may have to send it back to you. 

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned back to us and it is also under their liability to cover any postal charges for the return and for the shipping of the new item.

We do however recommend that customers who send for an exchange opt for a registered/signed post in order to have a certificate of postage for their own record.

For international exchanges, the same regulations apply, however if you are from outside the EU you must complete a short customs declaration form; stating that the package encloses ‘returned goods’. If for any reasons the package is stopped at UK customs and a charge has incurred, no payment will be made by Ilwaad Shop and the package will be returned to the sender.

 To return your item(s), follow the steps below:

  1. Send us an email to info@ilwaadshop.com with your name and order number and the reason for the return and exchange
  2. Wait for our email with your return authorisation.
  3. Return the item(s) using the postal carrier of your preference. You are responsible for shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns.  We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed.
  4. Please insure you include the original invoice when returning or exchanging
  5. You will receive an e-mail once your refund or exchange has been processed

PLEASE NOTE:  We are NOT liable for lost return packages, and recommend you to insure and track your package. 

To be eligible for a (partial) refund. You have to contact Ilwaad Shop within 72 hours receiving your parcel in the case of any damage on the goods received. If the 72 hours of receiving the parcel exceeded. The responsibility will be the customer.

DIRAC SIZING:

For customised Bridal Diracs you can choose between shorter diracs meaning without shorter or no trail or longer diracs meaning with a longer trail. You can also choose between half or full bac (half or full sleeves). Also you have options to change material of your bridal dirac to either satin, chiffon, lace/net and velvet material if possible.

The lengths for the customised duruc are your choice from 3 meters up to 6 meters duruc.

Total length of our bridal wear is written in the description box per bridal dirac.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of the Goods and our postage and packaging charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

Prices of Goods and postage and packaging charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

Our site contains a large number of Goods and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Goods listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. We will normally verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures so that, where the Goods' correct price is less than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the Goods to you. If the Goods' correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Goods, or reject your order and notify you that we are rejecting it.

If the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably recognised by you as an error, we do not have to provide the Goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

Payment for all Goods must be made by the payment methods set out below.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we shall not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We reserve the right to deduct an administration fee from your credit or debit card to cover our reasonable expenses if the Goods are not delivered because the address is incorrect as a result of you providing incorrect information to us when you placed the order.

Offers and promotions on the Website are subject to availability and We may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall oblige Us to maintain offers or promotions for any period.

CUSTOM DUTIES

Orders may be subject to import taxes and/or duties, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local (country) customs. Import fees are always paid by the receiver of goods. Payment of import charges is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, contact your local customs office.

How much do you charge for delivery?

We currently offer free standard delivery within UK for orders over £150.

Shipping cost varies depending the item and country of receiver.
