Each month, we release a limited number of private, face-to-face bridal consultation appointments at our West London showroom.
These consultations are designed for brides considering a customised bridal order and who would like to explore different styles, colours and bespoke options with our team.
During your appointment, we will take the time to understand your bridal vision, discuss your preferences and guide you through the options available to create your dream wedding look.
Please note:
- Each appointment is for one bride and up to two guests.
- Brides must have a minimum of 10 weeks before their wedding date to allow sufficient time for customisation and production.
- If you proceed with an order, the consultation fee will be fully credited towards your purchase.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Consultation fees are non-refundable, including in the event of cancellation, as your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.
If you need to reschedule, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
