DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?

Currently, we operate exclusively online, offering our services through our social platforms.

DO YOU OFFER FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATIONS OR FITTINGS?

At this time, we do not provide face-to-face bridal consultations or fittings.

However, for our UK-based brides or those visiting the UK, we offer a measurement service with our tailor only for brides wearing diracs that need a fitted slipdress, dirac dresses, Shaash, or Hido iyo Dhaqan dresses.

This service is available after placing an order to ensure accurate sizing and a seamless experience for creating your custom bridal wear.

WHAT IS TAILORING SERVICE ?

Tailored (Tolan):

Selecting the "Tailored" option means your dirac will be sewn by our tailor into a bridal dirac. If applicable, a matching slip dress will also be included.

Untailored (La Tolin):

Choosing the "Untailored" option means the dirac will not be sewn. Instead, the dirac will be delivered as separate pieces of material, which may include:

Dirac: The main fabric (dress)
Gorgorad/Slip Dress Material: Satin material for the slip dress or underskirt
Garbarsaar: Shawl / Veil
Hijab: Chiffon material (only if included in your order)

The number of pieces depends on your order:

A traditional dirac is a three-piece set without a hijab.
If a hijab is included, it becomes a four-piece set.

This flexibility ensures you receive your dirac in the style and format that suits your needs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At ILWAAD SHOP, we accept returns and exchanges for items from ILWAAD'S Signature Bridal Wear Catalogue within 3 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is in perfect, unworn condition.
The item has no damages and no scent whatsoever.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
The item has not been tailored or altered.

All custom orders must be initiated and processed via email—we do not accept custom orders through any other channels. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders, as these pieces are made specifically for you through a detailed customisation process.

PRICE AND PAYMENT
