Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are normally the responsibility of the recipient.
Your ILWAAD shipping fee only covers delivery from the UK to your destination country. Any customs or import charges are separate and are not controlled by ILWAAD.
We recommend checking the import requirements in your country before ordering.
What Happens Once My Order Has Been Dispatched?
Where available, tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.
Where ILWAAD arranges delivery through one of our offered courier services, the goods remain our responsibility until they are physically received by you or by another person you have nominated to receive them.
Please contact us if tracking shows a significant delay or delivery problem.
What Happens If My Parcel Is Delayed?
Courier networks can occasionally experience delays caused by circumstances such as:

· severe weather;
· industrial action;
· transport disruption;
· border restrictions;
· international conflict;
· civil disruption; or
· other events outside our reasonable control.
Where appropriate, we will assist you in raising an investigation with the courier.

Where we arranged the delivery, we will investigate the matter with the courier and respond in accordance with your applicable consumer rights.
What If I Entered The Wrong Delivery Address?
Customers are responsible for checking their shipping address carefully before completing an order.
If you identify an error, contact us immediately.
We will try to amend the address where the order has not yet been dispatched.
Once a parcel has been handed to the courier, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Where additional costs arise solely because an incorrect address was supplied by the customer, we may charge reasonable additional delivery or redirection costs.
