HOW TO MANAGE YOUR PLACED ORDER

For any requests or changes regarding a placed order, such as tailoring adjustments or modifications of the shipping address, please send an email to info@ilwaadshop.com with your order details and specific requirements.

Due to the high volume of orders Allahumma Baarik! All requests are handled via email to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Our team will review your request and provide an updated timeframe for your order via email.

If further discussion is necessary, we will contact you directly via WhatsApp using the telephone number you provided at the time of your order.

Ilwaad Shop is primarily an online boutique, but we do have a private showroom available for face-to-face bridal consultations. These sessions are by appointment only and must be booked in advance via the following link:

DO YOU OFFER FACE-TO-FACE CONSULTATIONS OR FITTINGS?

Yes, we do! While Ilwaad Shop operates primarily online, we have a private showroom where we offer exclusive face-to-face bridal consultations. These are by appointment only and can be booked here:

For our UK-based brides or those visiting the UK, we also offer an in-person fitting and measurement service with our tailor—available only for brides ordering fitted slipdresses, Dirac dresses, Shaash, or Hido iyo Dhaqan dresses.

This fitting service is offered after your order has been placed to ensure accurate sizing and a seamless custom experience.

WHAT IS TAILORING SERVICE ?

Tailored (Tolan):

Selecting the "Tailored" option means your dirac will be sewn by our tailor into a bridal dirac. If applicable, a matching slip dress will also be included.

Untailored (La Tolin):

Choosing the "Untailored" option means the dirac will not be sewn. Instead, the dirac will be delivered as separate pieces of material, which may include:

Dirac: The main fabric (dress)
Gorgorad/Slip Dress Material: Satin material for the slip dress or underskirt
Garbarsaar: Shawl / Veil
Hijab: Chiffon material (only if included in your order)

The number of pieces depends on your order:

A traditional dirac is a three-piece set without a hijab.
If a hijab is included, it becomes a four-piece set.

This flexibility ensures you receive your dirac in the style and format that suits your needs.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

At ILWAAD SHOP, we accept returns and exchanges for items from ILWAAD'S Signature Bridal Wear Catalogue within 3 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is in perfect, unworn condition.
The item has no damages and no scent whatsoever.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
The item has not been tailored or altered.

Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Please note that the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

Tailored items
Custom Orders (Pre-Orders)

Special occasion wear
Shaash and Hido iyo Dhaqan fabrics and dresses

This policy ensures the integrity and exclusivity of our products while maintaining the highest standards for our customers.

ORDER CANCELLATION:
If an order is already in production and eligible for cancellation, a fixed cancellation fee of £250 will apply. This fee is non-negotiable. Refunds processing takes up to 30 days.

Over the years, we have proudly designed and launched a wide range of stunning bridal wear.

To accommodate our extensive and prestigious collection, we have made select designs available on a pre-order basis.

This ensures we can continue to offer a greater variety of styles while maintaining the same level of quality and craftsmanship as our Signature Bridal Wear Catalogue.

Pre-orders come with a delivery timeframe of 12 to 16 weeks and are non-refundable due to the customised nature of this service.

We recommend planning ahead to ensure your chosen design is ready in time for your special day.

Designed to meet your unique preferences, each custom order is meticulously crafted with care and expertise, ensuring a truly bespoke bridal wear experience. With a delivery timeframe of 12 to 16 weeks, this service offers unmatched attention to detail and elegance for refined brides.

HOW TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER

2. Complete the Google Contact Form
It is essential to complete our Google contact form accurately, providing all requested details. This form allows us to evaluate your request and confirm whether we can fulfill your custom order. You can find the form at: Google Form Link (SAFE)

3. Tailor-Made Invoice with Payment Link
Upon approval of your custom order, you will receive a tailor-made invoice via email with a secure payment link.

PRICING INFORMATION REGARDING CUSTOM ORDERS

Please note that this is a premium service and will incur higher costs than a regular order due to the significant time,
skill, and craftsmanship involved in creating your dream bridal wear.

RETURNS/REFUNDS CUSTOM ORDERS (PRE-ORDERS & NIKKAH DRESS)

Custom orders at ILWAAD are a premium service designed exclusively for brides seeking personalised designs.

Each bespoke garment is carefully crafted to your exact specifications, with every detail tailored to your vision. Due to the intricate time, labour, and craftsmanship involved, custom orders cost more than regular orders.

All custom orders must be initiated and processed via email—we do not accept custom orders through any other channels. Please note that we do not accept returns or refunds for custom orders, as these pieces are made specifically for you through a detailed customisation process.

This ensures a seamless and professional experience, focused entirely on creating a masterpiece for your special day.

NIKKAH DRESS POLICY

If an order is already in production and eligible for cancellation, a fixed cancellation fee of £65 will apply. This fee is non-negotiable. Refunds processing takes up to 30 days.

CONFORMITY OF GOOD

Specifications and descriptions of products on this website are intended only to give a general description of the products.

Furthermore, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used to view the products.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

1. Goods and Postage Pricing

The price of the goods and our postage and packaging charges will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

Prices for goods and postage and packaging charges are liable to change at any time. However, changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.

2. Pricing Errors

Our site contains a large number of goods, and despite our best efforts, it is possible that some of the goods listed may be incorrectly priced.

As part of our dispatch procedures, we will verify prices: If the correct price is lower than the stated price, we will charge the lower amount when dispatching the goods.

If the correct price is higher than the stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the goods or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.

If a pricing error is obvious, unmistakable, and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error, we are not obligated to provide the goods to you at the incorrect (lower) price.

3.Payment Terms

Payment for all goods must be made using the payment methods outlined on our site.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If your payment card issuer refuses to authorise payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

4. Administrative Fees for Delivery Issues

If the goods are not delivered because the address provided was incorrect, we reserve the right to deduct an administration fee from your credit or debit card to cover our reasonable expenses.

Offers and promotions on our website are subject to availability.
We may change or withdraw offers and promotions at any time without notice.
Nothing shall oblige us to maintain offers or promotions for any set period.
